IFRGIS.org represents work that is affiliated with the Institute for Fisheries Research and has a spatial analysis or GIS component.  The Institute for Fisheries Research is a cooperative unit between the State of Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Fisheries Divsion and the University of Michigan, School of Natural Resources and Environment. We are located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, which has an impressive hub of aquatic, spatial analysis, and GIS related activity.
